Project IPSIA MATTEI ROBOPONG – Robotic trainer for Tennis table

The “IPSIA MATTEI ROBOPONG” is a robotic table tennis trainer, made with recycled or low-cost pieces. The schemes are totally open source, with the precise intent of making it replicable by anyone, especially by young table tennis player. Like all robot trainer of this type, the IPSIA MATTEI ROBOPONG allows you to perform targeted training on particular shortcomings, thanks to the ability to simulate strokes of all types: from the service to the Smash, from the lob to the loop. The name of the project was wanted by the students to underline their scholastic path of Maintenance and Technical Assistance, the IPSIA of the I.I.S. “E.Mattei” of Recanati.

Here is IIS Mattei’s new fantastic project.

The Monkeyboard was a DAB DAB+ FM Digital Radio with SlideShow. So it’s a receiver for Digital and FM radio with SlideShow  features.

We are developping a LabView software front-end. Look for screenshot and appliance.

Thanks to Experiment BOX with ARDUINO developing electronic projects results easier and faster. As a matter of fact our shield allows code debugging in real time using leds that display the status of inputs and outputs. Besides, the screw connectors permit a safe, easy and fast connection and allow students to wire with all the necessary caution.

Experiment BOX with ARDUINO interfaces with LabView and thanks to the pre-programmed interface it’s immediately actionable to test the whole hardware and 6 basic drills. Finally the presence of a I2C bus allows many other interesting experiments.
